Appointments and Cancellations
Thank you for choosing me for your massage therapy treatments.  Your appointment time is valuable to me, if you need to cancel your appointment, please allow 24 hour cancellation of your appointment time or 100% of the service fee will be charged, including use of gift certificates.  No show appointments will also be assessed a full fee for service(s) scheduled.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why do I need to arrive early for my first appointment?
I ask that you arrive about 10 minutes early so you can fill out your medical form and discuss you treatment needs.

Is it necessary to fill out a medical form?
Yes, it helps the therapist understand your treatment needs and to provide you with the best service. It is also required by New York State that I have a medical form on file.

What do I wear for my therapy service?
I will always ask you to undress to your comfort level, but the less you have on or nothing at all is my recommendation.  You are always covered.  Some of the massage treatments require you to wear clothes such as Shiatsu and Thai Massage, others it will be necessary to completely disrobe such as body wraps and exfoliations.  Please remove all jewelry.

Do you have gift certificates?
Yes I do have gift certificates and they are great for every occasion.

What method of payment do you accept?
We accept cash and checks. If you have been in an accident or suffer from a work related illness, I will also help you with No-Fault Accident Insurance and Worker's Compensation Claims.
